André Pendleton, Jr. is an entrepreneur, model, creator, artist, trendsetter, marketer, mentor, and founder of The Pendleton Group LLC. Most importantly, he is a father and husband.
André has over fifteen years of experience as a party promoter and special events host. By day, he is a medical broker where he represents more than thirty-five medical companies across three states. As a model, André has been featured in national campaigns with brands such as Sam’s Club, Crystal Bridges, Grizzly Tobacco, Wal-Mart, and Bass Pro shop.
How did he become the “Creator of Kool”? André is the brand. He has launched numerous social events that have gained notoriety throughout the state.
In 2005, he created “The Social Group,” a group of young adult urbanites, that hosted monthly dinners and cocktail parties.
André originated “The Jingle Mingle: A Modern Classic Cocktail Party” in 2009. This event developed from a house party that outgrew his house and required a larger venue. André has always been able to bring people together. During the Christmas holiday season, young adults have sought ways to gather with friends and former classmates to network, to socialize, and to celebrate the season. “The Jingle Mingle” started with approximately 100 guests and has grown to over 1,000 attendees annually. This was achieved through professionalism and providing a safe environment for partygoers to enjoy. “The Jingle Mingle” uniquely combines entertainment and professionalism in ways that embrace the talent and energy of the community. A key component of “The Jingle Mingle” is the altruism of participants who are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to local charities as part of admission to the event. These items help families that are food insecure.
In 2015, he created The Pendleton Group, LLC which is the umbrella company for all of his marketing and entertainment brands.
André was an initial investor in launching, marketing, and branding Ankle Art, a local sock design company in 2018.
Spring 2021 was the inaugural year for “Crème De La Crème: A Soulful and Eclectic Cocktail Party.” This outside event will showcase the same level of talent, engagement, and entertainment expertise. Summer 2022 Andre started a new partnership with The Culture Cigar lounge to bring Cigar Nights, another outdoor cocktail event to Central Arkansas. The event draws 300+ guests to the event(s).
André’s passion to initiate, design, and plan such events derives from his desire to create spaces and places for like-minded urban adults to come and enjoy the day/night social life. What he enjoys most is creating art in events where people and fashion meet. André calls this #Sociallyfly! His keen attention to detail takes everything that he creates above and beyond patron expectation.
Through the years, André has developed mutually beneficial relationships across business and industries, and thus, created influence and branding power.
